Our Story

WTB Edited Pics-280.jpg

It all started with a teenage dream and lifelong entrepreneurship in 2016.

WTB had it's humble beginning in April of 2016, when my family got a GSP named Rosie, and I used my love of baking to begin experimenting with clean, simple ingredients to make her treats. Family and friends began requesting to buy them, and this business was born. Years of research, long days and nights, and trial-and-error have been dedicated to bringing my teenage entrepreneurial aspirations to life. Now, my husband and I, both first responders, are the sole owners of WTB. The past couple years have been dedicated to our careers, but we are bringing newfound energy and creativity to continue to expand and grow our WTB family.

Present Day

As mentioned above, the past few years have been solely dedicated to serving my community and surrounding counties in EMS, and all of my free time has been spent in school. My husband is a firefighter, whom I first met while in EMT school a few years ago. His support has encouraged me to continue to pour into my dreams, with him by my side. I have such a passion for people and making everyone I encounter feel valued, which carries over to this company. Based in NC, we currently bake everything in my childhood home kitchen. Our goal is to transition to a storefront as business continues to grow, where customers can bring their furry friends to sample and bring home their favorite flavors. We ship all over the US and absolutely adore all of the customer feature photos that you share! While we are still locally-based, we are so blessed to have repeat customers nation-wide.

Currently, I have one dog named Oaklee. She was my 18th birthday present (best one ever!) and is the dream dog I had wanted since childhood. Her current favorite treats are the Peanut Butter Truffle and Snickerdoodles, as she loves all the sweet treats. Like many small dogs, she has a sensitive stomach, but enjoys her WTB treats with no tummy troubles.
